Carrie Kelly, AZED Pro
Founder/CEO
Carrie Kelly has over 20 years of experience in management, advocacy, and economic development. Prior to starting Pick It Up!, Carrie served as Executive Director/CEO of several organizations, led fundraising campaigns, developed and managed economic development plans, and directed cities and towns focused on strategic planning and community development.

Carrie has a B.A. in Art History and an MPA from Indiana University. She also holds a AZED Pro certification and is a Certified Public Manager.

Meg Ohanesian Zemlicka, AZED Pro
Consultant, Marketing & Strategy
Meg Ohanesian Zemlicka has held various marketing roles in both the private and non-profit sectors. Meg's most recent position was as Director of Strategy and Client Success at Marketing Alliance, Inc. and with the City of Tempe. They also work with the Arizona Association for Economic Development (AAED) as a Strategic Marketing Consultant.
Meg and Carrie were both awarded Gold for their work on AAED's Economic Development Week in 2020 and 2021. Meg was also named a Cap Under 40 by the Arizona Capitol Times.
Meg studied at Northern Arizona University from 2008 to 2012, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Environmental Studies. In 2015, they returned to the same university to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design, which they completed in 2019. In 2023, they obtained the AZED Pro certification from the Arizona Association for Economic Development.
